About Our Locations

We opened our first location in 2015 in Fleming Island  located in northeastern Clay County, sharing its northern border with the southern town limits of Orange Park. To the northwest is the CDP of Lakeside. To the northeast is a portion of the city of Jacksonville, and due east is Fruit Cove in St. Johns County on the other side of the St. Johns River. According to wikipedia; today, Fleming Island is primarily a bedroom community of nearby Jacksonville. Major developments include Eagle Harbor, Pace Island and Fleming Island Plantation. Fleming Island High School, which opened in 2003, is the only high school on the island. Fleming Island ranks among the wealthiest zip codes in the Jacksonville area, placing #2 after Ponte Vedra Beach in the March 2013 Jacksonville Business Journal article.[5] Fleming Island has its own New Vision Theatres 12, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Michael’s, PetSmart and many other types of businesses. The Clay County Public Library headquarters is on Fleming Island, as are the Clay County Soccer Club[6] fields.There is an 8-foot-wide (2.4 m) sidewalk running the length of Fleming Island, providing about 7 miles (11 km) of walking, jogging and biking. Black Creek Park on the south end of the Fleming Island borders Black Creek and affords bikers and hikers nature trails. On the north end of Fleming Island, a park for children recently opened at Moccasin Slough on Raggedy Point Road just off Highway 17. Nature lovers can visit Moccasin Slough. The Pace family owned Moccasin Slough at one time and dug a canal almost all the way to Doctors Lake. Area residents can enjoy the benefits of their labor, as it is still navigable among the swampy portions by canoe or small boat. Fleming Island is a very quiet area and is a safe and friendly community to raise children in.

Our Second location Opened in 2021 is located in Riverside near Avondale; two adjacent and closely associated neighborhoods, alternatively considered one continuous neighborhood, of Jacksonville, Florida. The area is primarily residential, but includes some commercial districts, including Five Points, the King Street District, and the Shoppes of Avondale. According to wikipedia, Riverside and Avondale are located to the southwest of Downtown Jacksonville along the St. Johns River. The neighborhood’s boundaries are roughly Interstate 10 to the north, the St. Johns River to the east, Fishweir Creek to the south, and Roosevelt Boulevard and the CSX Railroad line to the west.[1] It borders the Brooklyn and North Riverside neighborhoods to the north, Murray Hill to the west, and Lake Shore and Fairfax to the south. The boundary between Riverside and Avondale is not clear cut, even for those living in the neighborhood. It is sometimes given as Seminole Road and Belvedere Avenue, the northern limit of the Avondale Historic District.[3] Alternately, author Wayne Wood of the Jacksonville Historic Landmarks Commission puts it at about McDuff Avenue. Five Points is a small commercial district centered on the five-way intersection between Park, Lomax, and Margaret Streets. The area was originally residential, but transitioned to commercial uses and several retail buildings were constructed. The Park Arcade Building, an Italian Renaissance revival structure now houses trendy storefronts. Other notable features include Sun-Ray Cinema, formerly Riverside Theater, as the first movie theater in Florida to show talking pictures. Over the last several decades, Five Points has become known for its edgy, bohemian character, artistic vibes and many independent shops, restaurants and businesses including St. Vincent’s Medical Center. In more recent years the district has become a popular beer bar district. It is now the home of many bars, restaurants, stores, and night clubs, as well as an arts district and two craft breweries to the north.
