CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.

All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 business hours* before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. * ex)10:00AM appointments must be cancelled 24 business hours in advance by 2:00PM the previous day, not 4:00AM on the day of the appointment.

A credit card is required to hold all appointments at iLASHrx. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. A fee of 50% of your service will be charged as a cancellation fee to the credit card on file for each appointment that is canceled less than 24 business hours before the appointment time. **NO EXCEPTIONS**

No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment.

Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone or text. Email are not accepted.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. It is not necessary to arrive more than 10 mins early to appointments. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Come with your lashes already clean. Remove any makeup, dirt and debris. Mascara is an absolute NO! Removing Mascara is timely and damaging to natural lashes! The duration of time scheduled for each appointment is pre-determined specifically for each procedure based on the exact amount of time needed for each individual service. Having to remove makeup and mascara during your scheduled appointment time cuts into the amount of time allocated for the procedure which results in less service time for your appointment. The longer your technician has to work on your services the better the results. An additional cleaning fee can be added to clean lashes at the discretion of the service provider for for additional time taken to prep the lashes for services as this affects other scheduled appointments and overall reputation of results. Service providers have the right refuse service to any client for any reason at their discretion.

REFILLS

Refill services on work that was not done at iLashrx  is Welcome– If you currently have lash extensions from another business, you may be asked to have them removed before receiving your first new set with us, given the quality and condition of the lashes. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons. A removal fee will be charged for clients that come in with lash extensions that were not applied by iLashrx.

PAYMENT/GRATUITY

We accept Cash and all major credit cards , except American Express.

A 20% automated tip will be charged automatically on all appointments unless otherwise specified by the customer. Gratuities are accepted and genuinely appreciated but are not required for any service.
